We debuted our first International Chili Society-sanctioned chili cookoff in 2016, and we are looking forward to an even bigger and better competition for 2017! Note Extended deadline, Monday, April 3.

Six incredible competitors signed up for the challenge in 2016. This year we are looking forward to at least ten cooks so that the winner is eligible to compete in the ICS World’s Championship Homestyle Chili Cookoff as a North Carolina Regional Champion.

We offer cash prizes for First,  Second and Third place, People’s Choice and Showmanship in the Homestyle Chili competition.
