Apply now to be a 2018 N.C. Pickle Festival Vendor!

While the deadline for early applications is March 15, 2018, we accept applications on a first-come, first serve basis. We will notify you within a few weeks whether you will be accepted for this year’s event. So, please be sure your application is complete and in order!

Download the appropriate form below and mail completed forms with all necessary payment to: Waylin Area Foundation, 123 N. Center Street, Mount Olive, NC 28365.

Remember that vendor check in April 27-28 will be at Mount Olive Family Medicine Center, 201 N Breazeale Avenue.


New in 2018: vendors will no longer be permitted to distribute free beverages (bottled water, canned sodas, etc.) This creates problems for vendors who are selling these items.
