Note that we will accept applications on a first-come, first serve basis, and we will notify you within a few weeks whether you will be accepted for this year’s event. So, please be sure your application is complete and in order! Early bird deadline is March 14, 2017.
Download the appropriate forms, below, and mail completed forms with all necessary payment to: Waylin Area Foundation, 123 N. Center Street, Mount Olive, NC 28365. Vendor Check in at Mount Olive Family Medicine Center.
Food vendors MUST also contact the Wayne County Environmental Health Department for Temporary Food Permit Applications (TFPA). Contact Scott Lewis at 919.731.1174 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sales Tax: The N.C. Department of Revenue now requires all vendors (commercial and non-profit) to have a Certificate of Registration number.
